From this side you find our shedule. We update it every week, so you can check who is available. Service Adviser is present from monday to thursday and helps you to find the right services. You don't have to book an appointment. 

Customer service open from monday to thursday 10pm to 4pm and friday 10am to 3pm.

Youth information and Counselling house is open Mon-Thu 10:00 – 16:00, Fri 10:00 – 15:00
KELA’s remote reception Mon-Fri 10:00 – 15:00

Youth information and counselling house will be closed from 23th December 2025, to 6th January 2026.  
We will reopen on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
